  1. A moderator can move it. Users can't move their own topics, except by Hiding them and posting again as a new topic.
  2. @VJS: if you look in Resource Manager for that document, what does it show for those images?
  3. When the problem is that a list is too long, shortening it can be an improvement. And in this case, the items were apparently deemed not necessary, perhaps because they felt that the (presumably few) users who need them can easily add them back. Of course, those users would view it as a a reduction of function, even if other users are happier with a shorter list. We can only wait and see whether 2.4 or some later beta restores them. But in the meantime, you can easily add them back or create a Template rather than using one of the Presets.
  4. When you have an active pixel selection (as you did), you can only paint within that selection. So, when you cannot paint with a raster brush, one thing to try is deselecting any pixel selections.
  5. There is no option like that in the Affinity applications. Images are displayed in low-res if they are linked but missing, or linked but have not yet been fully loaded for display. They are in high-res when they are linked, not missing, and have been fully loaded.
  6. Live Docs is the home screen on the Affinity V2 apps on iPad, otherwise known as the Sandbox in V1.
  7. I think it was considered broken, as the list was long and unwieldy, and included too many options not needed by most users. Removing some less-frequently used options was one of the "fixes" they made. The other was the addition of the Portrait/Landscape toggle, eliminating the need to define presets twice (once for Portrait, once for Lanscape). Neither fix seems to have been popular with some users who post here in the forums.
  8. Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. If you think it's a bug, and you're using macOS, you picked the right place. However, as it's already been reported, and you seem to know that, there's really no need to make a new topic for it. You could simply post in one of the existing topics. For example, doing a Search from within the forums for "white balance" raw jpg (and making sure the search scope is set to Everywhere) finds this recent topic: There, we can see from the post by a Serif Staff member a confirmation that the problem is known and still not resolved.
  9. As I understand it, the Serif technical staff are broken up into at least 3 groups: Support (who handle these forums), QA (who do quality assurance and also handle these forums), and Developers (who write the code, and occasionally appear in these forums).
  10. They said they were simplifying the dialog, and removing options not needed by most users that could easily be added back by the users who do need them.
  11. Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. First, the correct place to post questions for the desktop applications is in the Questions forum, Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows). Next, the PSD handling is essentially the same between V1 and V2 as far as I know. But you could install the 30-day trial and test your files yourself. For the text issues: I am not sure if those would count as bugs or feature requests. So this topic might be in the right place, actually But Serif may need to see one of the files in order to make improvements in that area.
  12. Looks like it's already reported, and logged as af-1416, and apparently fixed in the 2.4 Beta when that arrives.
  13. Well, that's silly. But thanks And I see that when the Help is viewed from a Mac, it mentions that.
  14. He said he did not Save it, and it is only in Live Docs. Unless he can Save it, he won't be able to share. From the Splash screen, he's using 2.3.0. @Matteo GIacomelli: I would suggest trying to Save the document. From Live Docs, tap on the 3 bar icon on the upper-right of the document, and try Saving (or Save As) from there. If that does not work, I would suggest a Restart of the iPad, and then a Reset of the application. To perform the Reset: Start the application When you see the Splash screen, quickly double-tap it with 1 finger. Click the Reset or Clear button on the lower right.
  15. He did not promise anything other than to request the Developers to add them back (in other words, to reconsider their decision to remove those presets). And as there is a tag on this topic, he has done that. And all he said is "in a future update", which says nothing about when, even if the Developers agree.
  16. I still don't understand why you need it, since you can do everything you should need in the Photo Persona.
  17. Thanks. You could convert them to RGB, and then the Develop Persona will work. But I would probably still use the Photo Persona. It is more non-destructive for the work you need to do on non-RAW files.
  18. Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums. Unless you have RAW files, which must be processed by the Develop Persona, you should be able to do all your editing in the Photo Persona. And it can be non-destructive there, too. What format are your files and how are you creating them?
  19. If Mike is right about the cause (which he probably is), there's nothing more for the staff to say than they have elsewhere. True EPS files can be handled by the Affinity applications. Those files are not really EPS fights, but a composite of an EPS container (which is documented and understood by Affinity) which holds a .ai file (a proprietary undocumented format that Affinity does not understand). The stock sites should not say they are providing EPS files, but rather that they are providing Adobe Illustrator files which are not guaranteed to work for anyone but Adobe Illustrator users.
  20. You should have an Eraser Brush Tool in the Pixel Persona in the Designer application. You won't have it in the Publisher application.
  21. "Synchronize defaults from selection" works with objects. Have you tried doing that operation after you draw the Rounded Rectangle, so you have a selection to use?
