[Color Picker]

I had trouble finding out what the foreground and background colors where when trying to use Paint Brush, Text, Flood Fill tools. I had to search through the menu system to find the Apple Color Picker. I think the foreground and background colors should be displayed somewhere on the screen at all times. This is how most other photo editing programs work. One shouldn't have to work so hard just to find or change colors for a particular tool.

[Crop Tool]

When trying to use the Crop Tool, I selected the area I wanted to crop and double clicked inside the crop. Nothing happened. This is the typical way most photo editing programs choose to work. I was confused and tried to crop a photos several time, going in and out of the Crop Tool. After much searching I finally noticed the Tab at the top that said "Apply". This crop action is OK, but it would be better if a message was displayed after clicking inside the selection such as "Select Apply in the menu above to complete the Crop!". Then a person would know immediately how the crop action really works.
