  1. Thank you for that, You have solved it. i don’t know what caused it to change, I was just editing as normal and I definitely didn’t change any setting.
  2. For no apparent reason when I now go to Affinity’s Photo pane there are no photos to load, I can still download and see images in photos from either the Fuji WiFi or apple card reader, but, now when I go to load the images in Affinity there are non to be seen. I downloaded some images, opened them in Affinity, edited them, emailed them, down loaded some more, went to open them just the same as before but could no longer see any images, they are still viewable in Photos but cannot be seen from Affinity. Does anyone have any ideas what could have happened?
  3. I seem to have lost the ability to load images from photos, does anybody have any idea how to get them back? when I try to load from photos all I get is a blank screen instead of images to choose from.
  4. Hi Im still having problems opening raw images, the images are taken on the Olympus pen f as jpeg and raw and downloaded via camera card reader. When the images are viewed in photos all the downloaded images display a RAW logo, but when opened in AP they nearly all open as a jpeg. Out of 437 images downloaded so far on this job I have only found 6 that will open as RAW, even though when viewed in photo they all look the same and all display a RAW logo. The iPad is a 10.5” 256 gig pro. I really need to solve this problem as it takes that long to select the raws from the jpegs, it’s quicker to wait till I can edit them on the Mac, the problem is, I need to email some samples to my client before I leave the venue. Does anyone have any ideas?
  5. Do you have any further ideas what the problem could be, I still can’t solve it here. I’ve had to go back to editing them on the Mac as this problem renders the iPad pretty useless for editing, as nearly all of the images open as jpegs. What I can’t really understand is all of the thumbnails viewed on the iPad say RAW.
  6. Yes Download and keep originals, turned on. I have just tried downloading another card, all show RAW, nearly all of them that I try, open as jpeg, the odd one surprises me and opens as raw.
  7. Do you have any idea why photos on the iPad, will only show one image when both a jpeg and a raw image have been downloaded, and the image that is shown has the raw logo?
  8. When I use the em1 mk2, I select raw to one card and jpeg to the other card ( there are two card slots in this camera ) so I can just download the card containing raw and I don’t have a problem, but when I download from the pen f which saves jpeg and raw to the same card ( only one card in this camera ) I have to download both jpeg and raw to the iPad as it takes too long to sort them before download, it seems that AP cannot differentiate between jpeg and raw, it seems to prefer to open jpeg but then sometimes suprises me and will open a raw.
  9. I don’t know what it happening, all the images that I uploaded have a RAW on them, the card that was downloaded via the card reader had jpeg and raw images on, I just downloaded all images. When I view them in photos all images have a RAW on them, but when they are loaded into AP they nearly all open as jpeg. There is an odd one that will open as raw but to look at them in photos they all say raw.
  10. Hi I have downloaded a couple of images taken at an event, only sandwiches as I didn’t want to upload images on clients, both show as raw but open as jpeg
  11. Hi You are not on your own, I have 10.5 iPad Pro and Olympus Em1. When I download images shot as jpeg and raw using the Apple camera card reader, the images show as raw thumbnails in AP, but do not load in the develop module as raw, but load as jpeg. On a very rare occasion one may open as raw, but nearly always they all open as jpeg, even though all the thumbnails show raw. I just can’t seem to solve it either.
