It seems to be my Anti-Virus application is conflicting. Affinity Photo runs without the virus software turned on. I have Bitdefender as my virus software. Anyone know how to set the AV software up so it will run Affinity Photo? Much appreciated, Phil

Hi all,

 

I am having problems trying to get Affinity Photo to run on my DELL Precision M4800 mobile workstation. The startup screen flicks up briefly and that is it. Is this a known issue? If so, can someone either provide me with a resolution or point me in the right direction to enable me to resolve the problem?
