[L a* b* sliders]

My company specifies colors based on L a* b* numbers.  Under the color picker I can only find sliders for RGB, HSL, and CMYK.  I created a new document with the 16 bit LAB color format with the CIELAB D50 color profile.

 

I need to be able to input very specific Lab numbers to construct my images.  How can this be done?
