I just got Affinity today, and I'm trying to transfer the skills I developed on Photoshop. I'm testing this by trying to color some art that I did, as I do often, and I've encountered a problem. In order to do my drawings, I draw the lineart on paper, photograph it, and put it into Photoshop. Then I apply a Threshold Layer and extract black and white lineart. From there I use the Bucket tool on a new layer with Sample All Layers selected, so I can have my lineart and color separate. However, it does not seem like Affinity has a way to fill a lined shape on another layer. It simply floods the entire canvas with color. Am I missing something? Thank you for your time.
