How to get a designer shortcut icon on my desktop

Troebal posted a topic in Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

Apparently I can't get access to the program files for Designer 2. They seem locked in a Windows App folder that I cannot open. How can I make a shortcut to the program on my desktop?
