In other words, does it have a ruler than can be used outside the app to measure pixel distances on my computer screen It's an important issue for me and I was unable to get an answer looking at the App documentation. If the answer is no, would love to hear suggestions. I have looked at xScope, which appears to be good but expensive. If Affinity has something similar, buying Affinity would be a no-brainer. Thanks.
