  1. Looks to me like I have finally beaten it out of existence by repeating the process above a couple of more times. Thanks for your help solving this issue...Pete
  2. Thanks for your help guys. Did a reset using the Preferences/Miscellaneous/and reset everything there. Got out of Program, re-started the iMac and voila brushes back to normal now but the cloud shape has moved across to the eraser tools. Strange stuff. I will try to get rid of it and if not I will follow your advice re the nuclear reset option.
  3. Thanks for you advice but alas no joy. Reset everything, re-booted apple computer, came up with first time new features screen, but when I opened a brush it was the cloud brush which cannot be removed that way. I am thinking of deleting the program from the computer and re-installing it again. Bought it online of course and without disk. I need help on where to go to, whether i need a code and if so where to go to get it in order to do a fresh install.
  4. Sorry guys I got a bit lost as a newbie and thought my first attempt did not get on. Now I see I was a bit impatient.
  5. I downloaded a file with 7 cloud brushes today called 'secretlycivilian' from Brusheezy site. They worked but have taken over my other brushes and neither a brush reset or brush delete has fixed the problem. Now though deleted a cloud brush it has become the default and is the only one I can select. Can someone please advise how I can put my brush library back to normal...Pete
  6. I downloaded Brusheezy 'secretlycivilian' into Affinity Photo and find it has taken over all my brushes now being unable to select any other brush other than the clouds brush I downloaded. I tried deleting it and tried resetting the brushes via the Preferences- Miscellaneous option without any joy. How do I return the program to normal?
