  1. Hi, Hi, (excuse my presumably bad English - it’s a foreign language to me) I already bought the Affinity V2 Universal Licence on November 10, 2022. The Order was successfully carried out as acknowledged on „Bildschirmfoto 2023-05-18 um 19.35.14.png“ And so I updated my Affinity Designer application (macOS version) today, when I had got the invitation to upgrade my affinity application. The update was successful and resulted in the Affinity Designer 2.1.0. Then I tried to take the same steps in my Affinity Photo Application. The result you can see on the screenshot (Bildschirmfoto 2023-05-18 um 18.22.22.png) enclosed herewith. I hope nevertheless that I shall succeed in replacing the old Affinity Photo version 2.1.0 by version 2.2.1.0. For the present moment version 2.1.0 is active. The statement „Du bist auf dem neuesten Stand!“ as shown in the insert of my screenshot is definitely wrong! Apparently the checking of the validity of my license failed when I tried to update the photo app. By the way, I do not use any of the so-called social media (Twitter or Facebook or ….) nor am I inclined to do so in future. Therefore, I hope this forum will be a proper way to get into contact with one another for the time to come (or by contacting via old-fashioned e-mail service). Kind regards Albrecht
  2. Hi, I am new here and already have a serious problem: I want to reinstall Affinity Photo from the iTunes Store to my iPad Pro but I can't. I bought it via my iTunes account as can be seen from the bill I received from them (copy enclosed). What can I do? Kind regards AlDa
