[Can I use content kit for microstock ?]

Can I use free content came from Affinity design for Microstock ?

I'm I 'm intend to use "Tom Chalky" texture but I have read for hour term in use of his texture so confusing .

so I can use it for one time ? or no way for Microstock ?
