Can't fill shape as a whole

I'm trying to change the fill and stroke on a vector I drew with a brush. I either can't edit it at all or I can only color in half. I'm totally new and learning as I go. I exported the original drawing as a PSD that preserved editability. rose1.psd rose pink.psd
