I cannot open it to use it! What is wrong? I paid my $49.99 and it won't open.

I paid and downloaded AD (accidently dnld it again), but it will not open for me to use it. What am I doing wrong?

I paid for and downloaded Affintity Designs for Windows (downloaded it twice). It is in my files but it does not open so I can use it. What have I done wrong? I am not too great on pc's.
