Hi @YURII,
On the Mac is simpler: press and hold ⌃(ctrl) + ⌥ (option/alt) then drag the mouse horizontally to change the size and vertically to change the hardness.

Create a pixel layer and fill it with the bucket.

You can add a New Fill Layer via the Layers panel. It will initially be filled with the current foreground colour.

Another alternative is to simply cover the canvas with a rectangle.
