  1. That seems like the easiest method, thanks! Won't be exactly the same but will have a similar feel once I get the colors in. Yes, but I'm not using the "Currently" bit. It'll be for the thumbnail's subheading and a small "Kenson Plays" in the corner of the thumbnail. --- Thank you again for your responses. Haven't really used Affinity all that much.
  2. Oops, sorry! The font is called BD Jurassic Black. The font is called BD Jurassic Black. I'll see what I can do after I wake up, thanks.
  3. I had an artist create a bunch of art for my Twitch channel, but I want to create a YouTube thumbnail template with the same font style. Is there a way to replicate this in Affinity Photo? (They used Photoshop, and I only have the PSD for panel images, not this particular image). I have the font installed, I can do the shadow bit, but the rest of the font styling I'm confused on. --
  4. Unfortunately I don't have PS installed at all. I guess I could try that. But would changing the clippings to plain layers mess with how it looks?
  5. I hired out a graphic designer back in 2016 for my livestream channel, and had a license for Photoshop then, but I currently cannot afford the price they're asking for even just the Photography plan. I tried opening the file in Affinity, and I get the following error: The left image is the way Affinity is rendering it. The right is the proper rendering I want, from Photoshop CC 2016, from what my gfx designer has told me. (Currently has way too many projects/clients and has no idea when he'll have any time to fix, could be months, swamped with lots of work) Is it possible to render the psd in the format where it'll show up like the right side image, not the left? Been stuck trying to figure this out for weeks now. I am running Affinity Photo 1.6.5.135.
  6. I don't monetize my videos, and don't have a tip-jar. Would it still be considered commercial if the videos I make are a hobby? Say my father purchased it as a business expense for himself, and I just used it for my video hobby?
  7. I have a quick question before considering a purchase. We use the iPad app via family share, and I was wondering if my father and I could both use a Windows license? We probably wouldn't be using it at the same time, and he would rarely be using it, compared to myself. Could we install it on both PCs? More likely than not, only one instance at a time.
