shape stretch text

Zahra777 posted a topic in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I'd like to be able to have my text stretch to fill a shape. Like when you get text to follow a path, but I want one side of the text to stay straight and the other side to follow the curve. Eg the text sits on a line, but the top of the text is stretched up in an arc. Is this possible ? Thanks
