So you just end up with an ugly irregular path which looks no better when enlarged than the original raster.

    JET_Affinity certainly knows this:

Not true for some algorithms that lead to much much better results than the original! That's what we also expect from the Serif solution.

  2. We like that Serif used the MAS because it was said that this solution is less expensive (for all).

"Leaving the Mac App Store is a big step that isn't happening”

We liked to use the MAS and would like to purchase other MAS Affinity apps.

In other stores we had much more problems.

The registration effort outside the MAS is cumbersome for some colleagues.

MAS is not an user-unfriendly “Crap Store”.

    Hopefully useful words, Patrick Connor.

the message is mainly intended for people from Serif.

Rubbish, because your post started with “@oval”. We are not interested in feelings, fake news and strange company comparisons. Your message to us was a waste of time. Unfortunately. And if you want to get into our conversation with VIPStephan after almost 30 months, it's really a bit too late.

These words make me change my mind.

    @LastPixelBorn

This is almost like fake news, because you put the words in a completely different context although we are not responsible for the (usually very good) decisions made by Serif. VIPStephan criticized the allegedly user-unfriendly “Crap Store” although we users can not change those things. So please, use your mind. BTW: It is possible to run the same app on two computers.

but I have two issues that need to be addressed.

    1. Would like to keep the same space all the way between the two, but it's very hard. How can I achieve that?

    2. I'm scare about this little part. Do you think it's too thin for web?

    0. There are more issues, because design(ing) is something that cannot be learned in one thread.

    1. Use a curve with constant stroke width (and Expand Stroke and Substract).

    2. Of course. Even this size looks unprofessional. From professionals you get differenty corrected versions for different sizes.
