[Apply tool bar missing]

I thought I had clicked on every toolbar possible in View to get this menu.

Not sure how/why this got turned off when I installed AP.

I'm new to AP and this forum. The installation of AP went OK, however when I click on Crop command the needed Apply tool bar at the top does not display.

I watched a tutorial about how to Crop and noticed the Apply command bar at the top in the video which the instructor used to apply the crop. Well, that does not appear on my AP when I click on Crop. I attached screenshots to show the Apply - Cancel commands at the top right, and missing in mine.

I tried Studio Reset, no change. What can I do to make that Apply command show on my AP ?
