[Recording Affinity Designer]

Hello everyone,

 

I have a rather technical question about recording Affinity Designer.

I am trying to record my work process using a screen recorder and i have an issue.

Playing with highly detailed or "heavy" layers causes them to flickers as they appear or disppear.

It looks like the layers are split into big squares that appear as the layer loads.

 

This seems to me as hardware issue, and i would appreciate some advice regarding upgrades to my pc.

I am currantly running:

i5-6600 3.30 GHz

16gb ram

 

Will a better cpu solve this issue?

Hello,

I was wondering if there is any way to erase a part of a shape's outline.

For example, i want to erase half of the stroke in a circle i've made but leave the fill as is.
