-S- is correct - It was fixed in the 1.6.5.109 beta build. Try the latest beta build to see if it's fixed: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/60599-affinity-photo-customer-beta-165112/

It's likely because you're using a custom Windows display scaling setting (I.E. Not 100%, 125%, 150%, 175%). I think this was resolved in the 1.6.5.109 Beta.
