  1. Yes a known recent bug, still not fixed yet
  2. If your images are in Apple Photos in iCloud, try this. In Apple Photos press EDIT. The image should download to your iPad. Then try again to open using Import From Photos. Note If you have previously done some edits in Apple Photos, it should now give you the option to revert the image to RAW or allow you to continue editing using the JPG version of the image.
  3. Unfortunately that is out of Serif's hands, Apple photos has a habit of sharing JPEG versions of RAW images. However, try this new work around if you have previously edited in Apple Photos or have a RAW+JPG image which is a common setting on many cameras. The first time I open this Canon CR2 file the local optimised JPEG is opened in Photo mode. After I revert to RAW by dropping into Apple Photos edit, then it opens in Develop mode via the share sheet interface. Note how it downloads the original file to the iPad first from iCloud where the original RAW is safely stored. IMG_1892.MOV
  4. You have tried a Forced Restart haven't you ? First thing to try when Apple devices don't behave as predicted. This is not the same a powering off and on as it resets more hardware on the subsequent startup.
  5. Maybe I’m not being clear, if you think of a mouse you have left click and right click, on these shortcut fields you also have two different actions, a tap or a long press which bring up completely different options.
  6. Never tried this before Walt so thought I would quickly give it a go for you, seems to work fine. I would as always recommend rebooting both your iPad and your remote storage. IMG_1888.MOV
  7. My apologies, things change, the issue to remember, you can do a TAP or a LONG PRESS on an option field to bring up various options, hopefully this new from scratch using OPEN FILE option shows that. IMG_1887.MOV
  8. You need to select ‘open app’ not ‘open file’ that you show in your images.
  9. BUMP Seeing other reports on my Facebook group about this on 2020 iPads. Still happening on release version iPadOS 15.4.1.
  10. Welcome to the forums. Make sure you have selected the correct layer or you have the tool set on the context toolbar to ‘this layer and below’ or make sure you do not have ‘protect alpha’ turned on. You will have one of these set wrong or possibly you have not rasterised the layer to ensure you are NOT working on an image layer when you need to be working on a pixel layer.
  11. Agreed, also the snapping magnet I would like in this same space as per Designer, I am forever having to toggle snapping on and off in photo.
  12. Welcome to the forums, please can you upload the raw image from your camera, you can attach files when you post and that way others can see if the same problem occurs on other devices.
  13. My work around for this is on the export dialog press PNG then share then JPG then share and check the tiny preview icon is correct. Repeat these steps again if it hasn’t changed.
  14. https://support.apple.com/en-gb/HT202631 I note that the ability to pay using Paypal is region dependent and the small note (2) at the bottom of this page suggests you need to contact Paypal to authorise this method. I would therefore make sure you have location services turned on so that Paypal and Apple know which country you are in. I also think you would be have more success adding you credit card to your Apple account. You need to have a working payment method even for free apps.
  15. My thoughts are that 15.4 has changed the access to the extra iPad RAM on newer devices so it is a 50/50 bug likely needing Serif to update its memory allocations libraries to catch up with Apples changes. My work around is on the export dialogue, press JPG, press PNG, press JPG, press share, take a look at tiny icon to see if it looks correct then save image. If it doesn't repeat these steps.
  16. There is a bug not fixed yet, my work around is on the export dialogue, press JPG then press PNG then press JPG and then SHARE, look at the tiny ICON and check it has changed, if not repeat the above and try again.
  17. V1.10.5 updated today does not fix this bug but looks like an attempt has been made to fix it but occasionally it still fails. IMG_0969.MOV
  18. Yes that is the same problem I have reported, the Dev's are aware of it and a new version 1.10.5 is available in the app store today that hopefully fixes it. EDIT: Nope bug is still there in V1.10.5 but looks like an attempt has been made to fix it but occasionally it still fails. iPadOS 15.4 export bug
  19. Adding to the above, if you have an early iPad with only 2GB RAM, I have had file corruption by simply task switching, to the point I got used to not task switching without returning to the home screen first. This is something that was out of Serif's hands and the way iPadOS handles RAM when apps are placed in the background.
  20. It was in every iPadOS 15.4 beta version as well so I didn't bother reporting it expecting the release version to fix it.
  21. Good. Also looks like same in Designer as well. Took a while to spot that thumbnail, first time I have ever noticed it 😂!
  22. If you export on iPadOS15.4, then do some modifications and export again the exported image is the first image exported not the second. The fix is to close app and restart it and export again. M1 iPad Pro 8GB 256GB. IMG_0932.MOV
