Sorry if this is a repeat, I tried to search for something in the same vein, and nothing came up. 

I recently upgraded my laptop to a Windows 2-in-1 compatible with the wacom ink pen (so I can look at my hand while I draw.)  This puts me in tablet mode, and that's where there is a bit of a break down, as much of Affinity is in menus and hot keys, really.  (Undo/redo, selection options, transform, etc)  For now I'm thinking of trying at 180* setup (to remain in PC mode) with a mouse and wireless keyboard to the side, but I hope that in the future there will be a more touchscreen-friendly user interface for PC users.  I imagine that the mac tablet product design could be ported to PC with relative ease? 

Even a custom toolbox that maps selected menu commands to a button would make a huge benefit.

Also, an option to make the drawing window only recognize pen input would be lovely.  (The note program Squid has something similar.)  Hovering close enough to activate the pen recognition but not draw a dot before resting my palm is pretty tricky sometimes. 

If possible it would be great to use other pens that are available on the market. I’m sure there’s quite a few users that prefer the feel of a Wacom pen rather than being tied down to the Apple Pencil.
I work on a Wacom Cintiq all day long in AP (desktop) and I much prefer the feel and performance of the Wacom pens.
Other apps (Procreate) work great with a Wacom and can really enhance the drawing experience.
Hopefully this might stop the accidental splats of colour that occurs when you tap lightly while painting.
Its very frustrating when painting quickly. This only seems to happen in AP iPad. Other apps are fine.
 
Oh and please throw in the ability to do Alpha channels 16bit tiffs or tga.

Both Photo and Designer take at least 3 minutes to load up. The reason is that I have hundreds of fonts installed, and no SSD. Nevertheless, I believe it should do a better job, as a lot of other software like MS Paint don't collapse because I have so many fonts.
It's really frustrating.

Hello, would it be possible to limit input from tools, specifically the brush tool, to only stylus input? That was we could freely place our hands on the screen, pan, zoom, etc. without the fear of making marks. As it is now, whenever I'm drawing or paining, I have to go back and cleanup marks made by my hand.

Totally agree, this kills the experience on touch/pen devices. The app must distinguish touches from pen clicks as many other apps do. 
There also must be rotation by fingers feature

Probably on my top 10 most used features in Illustrator is the stroke width tool, which allows you to adjust the width of the stroke at each anchor point.  This can somewhat be achieved using the Pressure tab within the pen line settings, but it isn't nearly as precise.
 
A couple of solutions might be:
Add a stroke width tool to allow anchor points to be adjusted. Within the pressure panel, display a point on the graph for every anchor point from the shape.  And allow these to be adjusted only vertically on the graph by holding shift, so that they stay on the anchor points. Create a new panel in the pen menu that allows for a numerical value to be entered in for stroke width.

I would like to also have it converted to a single shape rather than to separated letters immediately (no matter if grouped or not). Who knows, maybe someday...

For efficiency sake, can we get the option for text to not be in a group when we convert to curves? 

I think its been motioned before but please add in the ability to use the rotate command in the cintqe touch Wacom to allow for canvas rotation and zoom!!!! Also the ability to map canvas rotate to the touch ring on a standard Wacom!!!
 

On devices with a touchscreen and stylus, touching with a single finger will still paint on the canvas. This makes it easy to accidentally leave marks behind when attempting to use two fingers to pinch-to-zoom or pan around, as well as when resting the palm on the screen to draw.
 
It would be great if the behaviour of a single-finger touch could be customised to do something more useful when a stylus is in use, such as to simply pan around the canvas, or to paint using a different tool (for blurring/smudging). Disabling touch isn’t really a solution because that prevents the use of the two-finger gestures.
