If I open the file with windows photos viewer it looks normal and the white is white only in the program I get the yellow tint.

Yes the computer is running on windows 10 and the device profile selected is already the sRGB IEC61966-2.1. any other ideas?

Hi there my dad has just recently downloaded affinity photo on his computer and whenever we open a photo the colour is very yellow where it should be white. It looks like others have had this same issue and always talk about wrong colour profiles but I'm not super tech savvy so hopefully someone can help me out and dumb it down.
