All colors in Affinity Designer is black after installation

Hi, I have a new laptop (ASUS Zenbook Duo Pro) and after installing Affinity Designer on this laptop, it only shows black colors, no other colors. I tried to change the color setting but nothing seems to make a difference. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version, but no difference. Could you please assist? Thanks
