Calling Affinity Photo 2 from Lightroom

Reading other threads i found the location of the EXE for AP2, but when i try to add as an external editor to Lightroom i get an error: The file cannot be accessed by the system. Please advise.

Convert tutorial to licensed version

I have the Windows tutorial of Photo. Do i have to re-download to purchase a licensed version or can i just enter a key. Thanks.
