  2. HI, Hmm well that sucks lol. Wish I ran across this earlier before I purchased it. Is it possible to actually erase vectors or is all it is doing is making mask? All of the other software I've tried so far will do that at least. do that Seems like a common feature to have? Chris
  3. HI, New to Designer. Probably using the wrong terminology when describing this. have not be able to find a way to do this and was able to do this fairly easily in AI. version 1.5.3.69 windows 10 64 bit. I have a large vector drawing with quite a few grouped layers. I want to be able to select and copy a section of the drawing and bring it to a new document to work on that as a separate drawing. If I copy and paste the selected section into a new document it juts seems to copy everything in the original document so I still end up with a all information from the original rather than hat I needed. I tried changing the canvas size and tried creating an art board and then exporting as a EPS or svg and it still keep all the unneeded data and even ended up rasterizing some of the stuff which I definitely do not want to happen. Also tried using the export persona and used a slice to export as a eps or svg and same thing happened. In AI I was easily to erase unused parts of a drawing or crop and have the cropped parts deleted. I really like designer so far except for this which has been me driving nuts. Thanks Chris
