Photo works normally when first launched, however after a few saves, or having worked on a couple of files, I suddenly get a "Permissions Denied" error.
The problem comes whether I save, save as, or export. The result is the same. The location of the save, or export is irrelevant since I have saved to my Dropbox folder, or directly to my desktop, or any other location in my computer.
To circumvent this problem I have to quit Photo and relaunch in order to continue working, however, if i did extensive edits, I will more than likely loose those edits.
Also, this happens if I try to open a file from any location on my computer. I may be working ok with some files and suddenly the next one will not open with the attached error. Even if the location is the same as the previous file that worked successfully.
Please help, as this is at best very irritating and at worst I keep loosing time and breaks my workflow.
I am including a screenshot of the error.
Please advice on a solution.

I will check the Dropbox app and update as necessary, might reinstall it to be sure.

Hi guys, just wondering if there is a problem between Photo and saving files to Dropbox (prior to iOS 13)?
I have experienced the issue where I have either created a file on the ipad, or open from the cloud and made changes and clicked on the save button, only to discover when I go to the desktop that for some reason, some of the changes I made are not there and or are multiple versions of the file, but none match the last set of changes I made.
Unfortunately, a couple of times I had closed the file on the ipad and lost everything on those couple files and now I have to backtrack my steps to reconstruct them.
I believe there was an issue at some point where connecting with Dropbox was questionable at best and or not supported by Photo and Designer, but now it seems like that issue was resolved.
Still, the question about solid connection with saving and opening files with Dropbox remains.
Please advise if there is a problem with saving to and from Dropbox and the iPad versions, since my workflow has made use of Dropbox integration since day one. If I need to change to iCloud, that would be a great inconvenience.
In any case, getting to the bottom of this is very important so as to avoid inadvertently loosing any more work.
Please advise.

Hi Meb, is there a way to rotate the canvas using gestures just like one would in photoshop?

Is there a way to rotate the canvas using gestures on a tablet.
I am using the windows versions of Designer and Photo on a Wacom MobileStudio Pro 16 and rotating the canvas does not work with gestures.
Can you please advise on this.
Please let me know if you need any other information.

When I use the gestures, I am only able to scale the canvas, but it does not rotate.
I tried both 1.5 and the 1.6beta.
Please advise.

Hi guys and gals, I realize you already have an excellent suite of tools that we all enjoy and use.
However, I would like to ask if you already have a prototyping tool in the works ready to be released hopefully soon. A tool similar to Adobe XD, Sketch and JustInMind to name a few.
It would be so cool to count on this one more tool that seems essential for many design and prototyping functions for web and mobile design.
I am hopeful to see something like this coming soon from you guys.
However, if not there yet, please let us know that this is coming our way as it would be so cool to count on another awesome tool for both desktop and ipad (even if just for desktop for now, thanks.)
