  1. I finally find what causes this problem. When one of the other users is using third party's utility tool "Magic Prefs", this problem occurs. Disabling this software solved my problem completely. Thanks.
  2. Hi Callum, Thank you for your reply. And I'm sorry about my bad English explanation because I'm Japanese. I wanted to describe the following situation: - A first user had logged in - He set the computer sleep state to leave his desk without logging out - I log in the computer using MacOS’s user switching function
  3. Sorry, but my word "invisible" was not accurate. When the first user is logging in, pen tool cursor (or brush tool cursor) apparently sticks to the edge of canvas. But, it seems to exist inside a canvas in fact, because a cursor suddenly appears in a canvas when I click a mouse button. And, when I release a mouse button, a cusor disappears again and appears just outside of a canvas). I'm trying to avoid this problem, but I can't find any work around solution. - It never occurs when a first user is NOT logging in. - A first user never meets this problem, even when I'm logging in. - Removing the prefs file in ~/Library/Containers is not effective. - Hardware GPU preference never affects this problem. - It never occurs when I use on MacBook Pro late 2013 (without discrete GPU) as a second user. Please tell me if you have any idea to avoid this problem.
  4. I'm using Affinity Designer 1.5.5 on iMac 2017 with Radeon Pro 580 as a second user (not administrator). Only when another user is logging in, the cursor of pencil/brush tool is invisible on white workspace, visible on black area. Oppositely, even when I'm logging in, another user doesn't have any trouble with using Affinity Designer. - It occurs only with some pen tools (pen/pencil/brush), doesn't occur with the other tools(e.g. rectangle tool) - First user doesn't meet this trouble, even though my and his preferences look same. - Hardware OpenGL preference doesn't affect to this problem - It occurs with Affinity Photo' pen tools Is there any work around solution?
