I am running W10 on my laptop and my desktop. Desktop updated properly but my laptop must have a conflict as it just fails to run the update. I tried running the update as administrator figuring all of the normal junk that loads might introduce a conflict. Still no go. I have run out of ideas other than tossing the program and seeing if it will load as new from Serif. Any ideas?

update fails each time. I have had problem loading updates before I don't remember what I did to load them. I give up.

I have downloaded the update and it runs and quickly fails. I deleted the update and waited a day and tried again with no success.

OK, Thanks. I loaded and image in and developed it then moved to the main board and the plug-ins were there and working. Thanks. I have been going in circles with this and did not consider the image specs. Many thanks.

Can a lens correction for a manual lens be downloaded if it exists . Opteka 15mm macro lens is a copy/clone of the Laowa 15mm f4 lens. Affinity would get no info from the image since there is no electronics. A 15mm lens could use correction. Or can a nikon or other wide angle lens info be downloaded and called up in Affinity.

I need a starting point and a suggestion on which tuts Ineed to master. I have three images of hot air balloons as they light up in the dark . three because they all did not light up at the same time.
I want to align the images, hand held and then plug the illuminated balloon into it's place so all 7 are glowing in one image. I have gone in circles with no clue how to start and what to sturdy.

Not a bug I guess, I cannot update to the latest version of AF get the message Setup Failed
in Pre-V2 Archive of Affinity on Desktop Questions (macOS and Windows)

I put my question here because Those who could fix a bug would have the best guess as to what conflict would prevent a setup routine from even starting. This is a question for a coder not a user. with all respect.
