How can you import raw files from the iPad photos app

Funny thing is that, even if the RAW is shown as 1920x1280, the image is exported with the native resolution with no loss in quality. I guess it's just a visualization problem...

I'm having the same problem transferring RAW files from my Fujifilm X100T with the USB lightning adapter. I suspect the problem is related to iOS itself because Pixelmator also shows reduced size images.
