Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
This is due to the resolution/scaling options you set on Windows. The left toolbar isn't totally visible on your computer. Which screen size and settings (resolution and scaling) and you using?
To work around this go to menu View ▸ Customise Tools... and set the Number of Columns to 2 or 3 as you see fit.
