Oddly pixelated brush cursor

I have the exact same issue. Has anyone been able to find a fix? I'm using Win10 with 2 monitors (2560x1440 and 1920x1080). I even tried it on my 4k TV (250% scale) and same problem. I played with the system cursor size and no changes at all.
