problem fixed I only had primephoto app installed I also needed the amazon cloud app installed thanks for your time.

I downloaded Dropbox just to check if the Amazon Photo app was the problem. With Dropbox everything works as it should, so amazon cloud was the problem

i have the new iPad Pro and when I try to open file from cloud storage it just gives me iCloud as option and I do not have the Locations button on the top left of the interface. My storage is in prime photos, how do I access my photos
