The original question was about color picker not pixel selection. I know because I asked it.

This video happened to come out today on one of the YouTube channels I subscribe to. It's for Affinity Designer on the computer but most of the knowledge can be applied to Affinity Photo for iPad.

I’ve tried everything I can think of to use the Select Sampled Color Tool on iPad AP but I can’t get it to work. I am on iOS 11 beta though so I don’t know if it’s because of that or my own stupidity. Can someone please tell me how it supposed to work?

The app Font Manager does the same thing as AnyFont but it’s free.

The copy and paste function should be in the Selection Persona in addition to the Photo persona.

Title pretty much says it all. I'd love a way to nudge without a physical keyboard. I never use a keyboard with my iPad but a nudge feature would be awesome. By the way, bravo on the iPad app. It is wonderful.
