  1. I long ago gave up on my laptop. I use my iPad Pro as my sole computer. I finally have a full featured photo editor with Affinity Photo! I use the iPad Pro, Apple Pencil and Affinity Photo. There are external storage drives that are compatible with the iPad. : USB Flash Drives for iPhone 64 GB Pen-Drive Memory Storage, G-TING Jump Drive Lightning Memory Stick External Storage, Memory Expansion for Apple IOS Android Computers (Gold) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01MTWDJ1Q/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_tai_JAzszbW1WP9H3 Cricket
  2. I now know what I did. I didn't crop the photo smaller before cropping larger. But sometimes I want to crop to a better composition prior to adding a frame. Cricket
  3. I did this, but now I can't do it again: I want to crop larger than my photo, then add a layer behind my background layer that I fill with a custom color for a frame. I did it once, but now I don't know what I did. I can't duplicate the steps I did to crop bigger. Please help. Attached is the photo where I did manage to crop bigger then fill fill a layer behind the original background. Cricket
  4. Sorry, for the late response...I was driving from Idaho to California. I'm using AP for iOS I have an iPad Pro. I wasn't referring to a vector path. What I want to do is add a black line or colored line of 5-10 pixels around the outside of a photo.
  5. Thank you for your reply. Stroke, in Photoshop means adding a line of a few pixels around the entire picture. It's useful to make the photo look finished. I'm using AP for IPad Pro.
  6. I'm Cricket. I live in Malibu, CA. I am SO EXCITED about this app!!!
  7. My iPad Pro is my computer. For many years I have limped along photo editing by using multiple apps, but even with multiple apps, I wasn't able to manipulate my photos the way I previously could with Photoshop. I refuse to rent software, so CC was never even a consideration. Now, as in last night, I have Affinity Photo App. Marvelous! One little thing that I greatly appreciate is the ability to "crop" a photo to a larger canvas size than the original, with the resulting transparent pixels. Cricket
  8. Does the Affinity Photo App have a way to stroke an image? Also, is there a way to reorder the layers. I would like to create a new layer and move it under the background layer. I didn't get any sleep last night because I was up all night exploring your magnificent app! Cricket
