Welcome to Affinity Forums :)
Check this "unofficial" list for information about which plug-ins work and which doesn't in Affinity Photo.
Here's instructions on how to to install them (Nik Collection) on macOS. If you have trouble installing the others (Topaz) let me know. Macphun plugins are not compatible with Affinity Photo.
