  1. Hi, I suggest to add two features in AP road map : - the rendering intent into printing process. - real input profiles into Develop Persona.
  2. Hi, Of course it should be adjustable in normal use. A raw is not affected by the colorspace selected in the camera menu, only jpeg direct are affected by this choice. All raw conversion software offers generic camera profiles (DCP and / or ICC). Here, not be able to select a real camera profile is a problem.
  3. Hello, the camera profiles issue (develop module) is still not resolved. Why? What do not you understand about that? As it stands, it is impossible to advise AP to develop raws files. Regards
  4. Hi, unfortunatly, settings are cleaned again and the issue of input profiles is still not resolved.
  5. Hello billtils, Camera profiles (in fact all input profiles) are tagged with the device class "scnr" and this class is unfortunately ignored in the dropdown list. So the existing camera profiles does not appear. For against, printing profiles (device class "prtr") appear but as they can not agree. The camera profiles characterize a physical device, a color workspace can not agree. Furthermore, the gamut of a camera is much wider than the sRGB. So not only sRGB does not characterize the properties of the camera but he cuts off his gamut. Sorry for my bad english ...
  6. Thank you ;) I'm more worried about the camera profiles issue (post #13 above) ... and the default space sRGB is a very bad choice ... ;)
  7. Hi, and also, why the recently files list and the preferences settings are cleared when the new beta is installed ? Not so cool ... ;) Regards
  8. Hi, I'm still not very happy with the automatic conversion in the color workspace for images without profile, but thank you for button labels "assign" and "convert". Its better like this ;) In the develop module, why some input profiles are ignored, including profiles whose device class is scnr ? Apn profiles are in this class.
  9. Bonjour, n'étant pas anglophone, j'ai beaucoup de mal à exprimer précisément ce qui me cause problème et que j'ai surement mal dit au post 35 plus haut : Hi, Color management always seems to be improved. In the case of an image without profile, I do not want to convert in the workspace but in that of my choice (not necessary the same). Similarly, when you paste a other picture (or a piece of picture) into a different layer, it does not seem to be correct color management in the paste. The same "Convert" button is present for the conversion and profile assignment window. It is ambiguous because it is not the same thing. Thank you.

  12. Hi, I also use Windows for my production computer and just my laptop is Mac. It would be unfortunate Affinity Photo remains just a curiosity for Windows users.
