Thanks for the heads up. Hiragino Kaku Gothic seems to be renamed to Hiragino Sans. I can't believe they changed the name of default system font.

Although the color separation is not perfect yet, I feel Qoppa is becoming good enough as the replacement of popular PDF apps such as Foxit/Nitro/PDF-Xchange.

Clip Studio just stopped the development after it got flamed. -
I am already aware that "fallback fonts" does not work on Ventura. (linked below) But I received a report about another problem from other user. According to them, they created a document using the "ヒラギノ角ゴシック" font on Monterey. Then they open it on Ventura, Affinity says "Hiragino Kaku Gothic" is missing and text is garbled. "ヒラギノ角ゴシック" and "Hiragino Kaku Gothic" is the same font and it's a default Japanese font on macOS. So this could be different problem.

FYI It seems that Qoppa does not recognize the spot colors on the color separation preview.

Nope. it does not work. "On my Affinity Designer 2 I am seeing all 6 font type options" That's not the point. Affinity recognize the Calibri(Light trait) as "Calibri Light" which does not exist.

You can use the Transform Origin. https://affinity.help/designer2/en-US.lproj/pages/Tools/tools_move.html Though for flipping it, you have to use the mouse. (You resize the object toward negative direction) Or vote for this for easier flipping.

Would be nice if you could add the collision detection / the common tangents option for the snapping. So snapping non-polygon objects will be easier.

I received a report about a Node tool problem when "Show Effects" option is enabled in the iPadOS Settings>Apple Pencil from other user. They say they can not add a node.

Photoshop or Corel's can show the alpha as the overlay like the Quick Mask and edit it directly, it's much more convenient than Gimp or Krita.

Actually Krita is the same as Gimp, needs to convert the alpha into a mask to edit.

Are there apps that can import/edit/export alpha channel properly other than Photoshop currently? (Except expensive high-end apps) The apps I know are only Corel Painter/PhotoPaint. Others are incomplete. e.g. Gimp can import/export but can not edit alpha directly and needs to convert the alpha into a mask to edit.

Just curious. Adobe apps such as Photoshop use OpenCL, so they are having the same problem with AMD?

Similar problem that Affinity doesn't recognize the font name properly on PDF import.
