    Resize the picture from the Document>Resize Document menu with Resample:Bicubic first, then apply Unsharp filter(Radius 0 - 1, Factor 1 - 1.5). That will be similar outcome with Photoshop.(because Photoshop applies Unsharp filter automatically when resizing a picture. Or select Resample:Lanczos on export. but Lanczos and bicubic+unsharp is deferent method, outcome will be different. Refer this

    Agree, it's inconvenient that the transform origin doesn't work for flipping. Preferably more options like Illustrator.

    About the pixelate filter aka "mosaic" filter on other software, only Affinity has different tone - somewhat hard. But most people prefer soft tone like other software. Would be nice if you could add similar tone as an option.

    Would be nice if I could snap Marquee and Crop tool to objects but only guides and the edge on canvas. This makes cropping/filling/deleting easier along object edge.

    1.9 is in RC(release candidate) phase. Will be released in 1 - 2 weeks. Check "Beta" section this forum if you want to see the progress.

    These are the same case I guess. so it hasn't been fixed for a long time.

    Vector crop tool on an image that's not 100% opacity look strange. It become different opacity though opacity value is the same.

    Thank you. Would you fix the no-break rule problem I posted above in the next update which is critical. I confirmed that it hasn't been fixed.

    Might be a bug. But since there is no Korean UI, you have to use other than Korean such as English anyway. Switch the UI language in Preferences.

    PhotoPlus predecessor of AP had anti-alias option on Flood Fill tool. It's strange that Affinity doesn't have it... Should be easy to transplant I think

    Yeah, you're right, Cyrillic characters are included in Extended ASCII so should be no problem with Latin system fonts such as Arial. Asian characters are not included.

    The font of tooltip on the canvas is not proper when UI is not in a Latin language. e.g. The attached picture is with UI in Japanese. it supposed to be 2オブジェクト(2 objects) Actually this has been a bug since older version but for beta.

    Color quantization below 8 colors has a problem. 1 - original 2 - 8 colors 3 - 4 colors 4 - 2 colors At 4 colors, white area(255,255,255) will be dithered. At 2 colors, the image is completely messed.

    If the document has more than one page, input bar pops up where it is far from the text frame when inputting Japanese. This doesn't happen If the document has only one page.

    I think we should say Visio alternative rather than PowerPoint. DrawPlus predecessor of AD had more like Visio-ish tool such as Connector.

    Scanner need to be recognized by Image Capture app. Have you installed ICA Scanner Driver?

    iPad version is already matured and it's got almost the same functionality with Mac's So I'm not surprised even if Serif is already building Arm version. Also since there's no Arm Mac yet, there's plenty of time to prepare for it.
