  1. Right, I was able to duplicate it but I can see & edit only one stoke/fill at a time when I select multiple objects even if they have the same style, so it's not useful.
  2. Main problem is that when the objects have multiple strokes/fills. Otherwise I won't need the appearance. the color palette or the context bar is enough. As I said I know I can copy & paste style but this is not efficient. it's making appearance not so useful.
  3. Contact this guy. he may not speak English.
  4. They say scanning with Image Capture has no problem. I saw that on Twitter so I can not confirm it by myself.
  5. It seems that Canon LIDE 400 has the same problem.
  6. Corner/Contour tool in Affinity Designer: アピアランスをベイク would be better as the translation for the "Bake Appearance" on the context bar. Just Googled the translation for "Baked Potato" Results of ベイクドポテト is 1,730,000 Results of ベークドポテト is 122,000 It seems that ベイクド is more common than ベークド, also ベイクド sounds more natural to me. so "Bake" should be ベイク but ベーク, I think.
  7. Have you tried to add/modify appearance of multiple objects at once? When you select multiple objects, their appearance won't be shown on the appearance panel and the add stroke/the add fill button is grayed out.
  8. Please make adding/modifying appearance of multiple objects at once possible. I know I can paste a style to objects but would be nice if I could edit the appearance at once.
  9. Leave the renderer as is. (Geforce) But turn off the Hardware Acceleration.
  10. This is mainly about Windows version.(some are applied to Mac version too) Since this is a frequent word and affects creation of tutorials, please fix them ASAP. Please check thoroughly all Export & Import.
  11. How about change the file extension to .ai and open in Inkscake? Then save it to pdf or svg to open in Affinity.
  12. I know they are supported but just pointing out inconsistency. I understand that affinity file needs longer extension.
  13. They are all listed in DOS extension style so I see it as consistent.(except TIFF) P.S. off topic, but why only TIFF is saved with .tiff but .tif?
  14. Many optimizers don't have format conversion. So in that case, jpg>jpg is the only option.
  15. What's your quality value? I never set the quality to less than 90. I usually export with 100% then use image optimizer like ImageOptim.
  16. Rosetta is preinstalled(part of the system) you don't need to install it by yourself.
  17. Export windows in all Affinity: Area Selection Area = 選択エリア Selection Only = 選択オブジェクトのみ or 選択オブジェクト Word-for-word translation for "Selection Only" is 選択のみ but this is kind of fuzzy what it is, sounds like the same as "Selection Area." So 選択オブジェクトのみ(Selected Object(s) only) or 選択オブジェクト(Selected Object(s)) may be better I think...
  18. The way for resizing and sharpening on the batch job need to be improved. It's the most common task. Resizing image with macro end up strange aspect ratio when all source images do not have the same aspect ratio. But using the resize option on the Batch Job window make sharping with macro useless because macros are applied before resizing. So I think the option for improvement will be: - add an order option to the macros to see if they should be applied before or after resizing. - add the sharpen filer option directly on the Batch Job window. - improve macro functionality to keep resizing the same aspect ratio for all images that have different aspect ratio.
