I lost many hours of work because apparently the internal document 'save' function only works randomly (when opening a file from iCloud). I just now experimented with this by monitoring the iCloud folder in question from my Mac and found that more often than not, the edits will not sync (i.e. the file's 'date modified' doesn't update). No doubt I'll be assured that this is because of iCloud or whatever, but it also happens to be so that the document 'save' option in the gallery view does properly update the file. Is there a particular reason Serif is not interested in fixing this bug? (macOS 11.4, iPadOS 14.6, Affinity Designer 1.9.2)
