Für den Support kann es ganz nützlich sein, wenn eine Funktion nicht so funktioniert wie sie soll. Wenn man etwas rückgängig macht und dann eine andere Funktion nicht das erwartete Ergebnis liefert. Anhand dieses Protokolls kann man dann mit eigenen Dateien alle Schritte nachvollziehen um zu sehen, ob ein Fehler auftritt oder nicht.

Hallo @Don Caron Vielleicht hilft dir das Videotutorial. Ist zwar für die V1. Aber Grundlagen sind für beide Versionen.

Hi @voronwe Your can export your shortcuts in V1 then import them in V2 Use the Load/Save function in both programmes (Edit -> Preferences -> Shortcuts)

Hi @marcos_wpg At the moment, you have to draw it for your own. But I think this will come in one of the major updates.

Why do software developers improve their programmes? Because users expect it. Why should developers always drag along old burdens? The share of Windows 7 may still be high, but the share of users who use Windows 7 and the Affinity programmes is negligible. And Windows 7 is even more of a blabbermouth than Windows 10 or 11.

@JakubCZ The technical specifications of this convertible don't look so good! Only 4 GB RAM and a rather underpowered CPU. You won't be happy with the Designer if you're planning larger projects.

@JakubCZ It is also possible to exit S mode. Then you can also buy the programmes directly from the Serif Affinity Store. The S mode restricts the user in that he can only install apps from the MS Appstore.

Licences that are not purchased through the Serif Store will not be displayed in the Serif user account. If the programmes are not purchased from the Serif Store but from the MS Store or MAS, the programmes are automatically activated. In the case of purchases in the Serif Affinity Store, activation must be carried out for each programme and platform in the case of single licences; in the case of the universal licence, only one programme per platform needs to be activated. @Blacksmith You do not need a key to activate the programmes. You only need to log in to one of the programmes with the account you used to make the purchase. After that, the programme (single licence) or the programmes (universal licence) are activated. As I said, it is important that you log in with the user data in the programme that you used for the purchase. If you still have difficulties, send an email to affinityorders@serif.com. In the email, mention the order number that was given to you in the confirmation email.

Create a text file for each Affinity V2 programme and insert the following data, after saving the .txt file change the extension .txt to .bat. You can save the batch files on the desktop or in the document folder. For AffinityPhoto2.txt start affinityphoto2.exe %1 exit For AffinityDesigner2.txt start affinitydesigner2.exe %1 exit For the sake of simplicity I have attached the batch files. Windows 7 is no longer supported. At least Windows 10 (20H1) is required. I admit the information on this is not communicated prominently enough. You can find it under the technical details. Contact affinityorders@serif.com to request a refund.
