Hello, sorry what I mean is when I save my designs and go back to open them they are not there. I use to be able to save them and print them out, etc. What am I doing wrong?

I am unable to download my work on Affinity Designer. About 2 years ago I could download my work in JPEG format. Now I am unable to download my work, its not there for print. Frustrating.
