  1. Thanks for that. I've now found the problem. I changed the default browser to Firefox. For some reason Win10 didn't like it so I reset to defaults and the links worked. I returned to Firefox and it now seems OK - fingers crossed.
  2. I'm getting an "Update" dialogue box but when I click on the download button nothing happens. Can you provide a link please?
