Import PSD layer comps

This is already a photoshop killer for me at home, however at work it's not (but I would love for it to be). I HAVE to be able to import layer comps from photoshop. Is there any way to accomplish this? I have PSDs with many layer comps of our product screens that I save out for marketing. It would be out of the question to take the time to rebuild as snapshots. Also, it seems snapshots have to be activated instead of just selected?
