affinity is crashing on me everytime i open the program and select allow… Something is happening!! I have to click on don’t to work on appfinity phonto 2.2 and now 2.2.1 I just update and it is still showing this window

It is a local drive but i fixed it copying the layer to a new document and on the new one merging the compound layers. i was accessing a bad compound clip and it would not let me do anything at all. thanks for replaying..

I am Using the Latest macos Ventura 13.0.1, iMac Apple M1, 16 GB. I am using Icloud as my desktop folder It is a problem if you guys cannot reproduce this problem. It has been ongoing forever on M1s mac when using iCloud as your desktop folder

the App is great!! Don't get me wrong.. the Update is underwhelming. If we are to pay for an upgrade, them, previous bugs needed to be fixed.. it seems to me that the the team writing new code is awesome and the one squashing bugs is something else!!! I agree with that idea. BUt I have Publisher. If I have bought the program, them those features should appear there simply because i mainly know how to use Designer and not publisher. if i bought it, it should be part of it....

I don't understand Why this feature is not included in Designer.

Unfortunately it is not.. It is the only feature i keep going back to Illustrator for!!

How do I add Columns to text Frames in Designer?

Affinity aps are very unstable with M1 Macs using the export persona. This is very frustrating fter we have been accustomed to great software engineering. Let hope they fix this on the upcoming release.... For now, they know this is happening and nothing have been done

Good Morning, I would like to create a marching ants fx on the inner part of the letter "D" i added a copy of the d and set fill to None and set fill to dash line but i am not able to expand further inward the dash lines. how do i contract paths? here are my stroke settings. Affinity has some serious problems with PDF while exporting . output is cropped... I hope the are working on an update because this is a replacement for illustrator but right now is not stable for printing or exporting pDFs. Export persona crashes everytime....

Just wanted to share a screen shot about Designer Crashing when opening PDF or Illustrator Files. It is happening using Open CL and Metal when using MAC OS Ventura Public release 2 and the latest affinity Software. Since ventura is in Beta, hopefully this contribution is helpful.
