Hello @Jon Haines, The question is not so easy to answer, because everyone develops their pictures individually. My workflor is following: Settings in the Panel Basic: Exposure Contrast Clarity sometimes Shadwos and Highlights Settings in the Panel Details Details Refinment Settings in the Panel Lens if needed Lens Profile distortion Tip, the previously made settings can be saved as a presets. Then click on develop, and further processing is done in Photo-Persona. Maybe there is one or the other who describes his workflow. Cheers

Hello @Jon P, thanks for the reply. I think, the bug is fixed for me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat Reader. Now you can open large PDF files that are exported by Publischer. There were never any problems with smaller files, that's why I did not suspect the reader as the offender. all is good Cheers

Hello everybody, I have a small problem with the export of a PDF file. In Publisher I have created a poster in size A1. (ca. 23,4 in x 33.11 in) In this document, some pictures were inserted and a text frame filled with text. Then exported as a PDF file. Now for the problem, when this file is opened in Acrobat Reader, the Reader freezes and the Reader can only be closed with the task manager. If this file will be opened in Photoshop and saved again as a PDF file, can the Reader open this file without problems. Question: Which settings need to be set in Publisher so that the reader can open this file? Maybe it is a Bug, I think only the development team can judge that. Because the files are too big, here a Dropbox Link. Cheers Edit: Link is disabled because problem is fixed.

Hello everybody, the updating the new Beta 443, will be completed successfully. But the new beta will not start, also no start with administration rights. A complete deinstallation and reinstallation does not solve the problem. This applies to photo as well as to designers. Cheer

Hello @himhimlo, no Rasterize image, make a selection and duplicate with CTRL + J, it will create a new layer of the selection. Cheers

Helle´o @pjglad I think in Affinity Designer, a mask can not be inverted. It remains only the detour, over edit in Affinity Photo. Create your mask in Designer and then edit in Affinity Photo, (File- Edit in Photo) there invert the mask with the shortcut CTRL + I and go back to designer. (File - Edit in Designer) Cheers

Hello everybody, the layer function "Merge Selected" does not work in the current beta. (.424) 1. open an image 2. the protection deselect 3. duplicate the image 4. apply an adjustments layer eg "HSL" 5. select all Layer 6. go to menu "Layer - Merge Seleected" and confirm with OK, or with the shortcut CTRL+SHIFT+E The layers are not merged. Hello @Bobi, I am using a HUION NEW 1060 PLUS (8192), the tablet works fine, in all affinity applications, as well in other graphics programs eg Photoshop. There are others also favorable graphics tablets, those with Affinty applications well working. Search at aunt google. Cheers

If this option is off, the origin of the sample always returns to the sample location defined initially. Source—the source determines the layer(s) from which the pixels are sampled from. Select from the pop-up menu. Ausgerichtet: Ist diese Option aktiviert (Standardeinstellung) bleibt die Distanz zwischen aufgenommener Probe und Werkzeugcursor stets konstant. Ist diese Option deaktiviert, wird der Ursprung der aufgenommen Probe immer auf den Punkt zurückgesetzt, den Sie zuerst angeklickt haben. Cheers
