  1. I understand That Affinity can export files to eps svg and PDF, and they can all be opened in Illustrator. It is just that most of my clients are not particularly computer savvy. Their manufacturer (the end users of my files) often ask my clients to supply an Adobe Illustrator file so my clients will insist that I supply my artwork as an Adobe Illustrator file - they don't understand that there are other suitable graphic files and quite frankly I get fed up trying to explain this to them! I've been using Serif products since the early nineties and have much prefered them to Adobe or any other products and I don't particularly want to go to the expense of buying Illustrator only to use it as a file converter. i shall certainly look at online converters. Many thank for all your help, Dauvit
  2. I want to save/convert *.svg files to *.ai files without having to go to the expense of buying Adobe Illustrator.
  3. Many thanks for your very prompt welcome and answer. My clients usually send my files to their manufactures so the they may not use Adobe Illustrator themselves but they expect *ai files for their manufacturers. I shall certainly look at the on line converters which seems to be the best option. Once again, many thanks, Dauvit
  4. Some of my clients still want *ai files. I don't want to have to buy Adobe Illustrator just to convert *svg files to *ai files. Any suggestions? Dauvit
