thank you both so much! you have no idea how long I have been searching for a way to do this!

I'm very new to designing software and to Affinity. I have designed a logo that I love, however when I designed it I do so on a non-transparent background. Is there a simple way for me to make that background transparent? or snag the image off of it and put it on a non-transparent background. Please don't tell me I need to start all over again and select the transparent background image! Thanks in advance for all help! and please speak slowly and simply so I can understand! LOL
