Hello, I am new to Affinity Photo and this forum. There is a wealth of information here, and Affinity Photo looks very capable.
I have never used photo editing software before, and need some help with how Affinity Photo works.
I have several hundred photos that were taken with an iPhone in the landscape position that I would like to rotate 90 degrees clockwise.
When opening the photos for the first time in a program such as Windows Photo Viewer, they are not rotated. But, when opened in Affinity Photo, some of the photos are automatically rotated 90 degrees clockwise. Not all of the photos are rotated, just some of them.
Using a macro and batch processing in Affinity Photo to rotate the photos results in some photos being rotated 90 degrees and other photos being "over" rotated (180 degrees). Apparently, when the program opens some of the files, it automatically rotates them 90 degrees clockwise, and then the macro rotates them another 90 degrees.
Is there a setting within Affinity Photo to force the program to not automatically rotate the photos?
Thanks
